Care/Medication Technician

What you'll do

• Provide care to an assigned group of residents and check on them throughout the shift
• observe, report, and document changes in residents’ conditions
• respond to resident call bells
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, continence care, laundry, and activities
• observe and document medications and treatments according to medication procedures
• report concerns to nursing or health-care coordinators
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• take and record vital signs
• participate in service-plan development and updates.
