Service Liaison

What you'll do

• Execute daily MEPS support operations in compliance with contract specifications
• check in, orient, and check out applicants
• verify lodging and kitchen facilities meet contract requirements
• forecast daily support needs and track performance
• communicate with military representatives, hotel staff, and transportation providers
• coordinate resolution of lodging, food, and transportation issues
• address applicant conduct issues
• ensure applicants receive and acknowledge briefings and paperwork
• complete required reports
• meet safety, quality, and procedure requirements
• maintain customer satisfaction.
