What you'll do

• Support overall branch operations and member service
• direct daily operations and ensure service standards
• monitor compliance, fraud prevention, safety, and security
• handle escalations and exceptions within authority
• coordinate with other branches and departments
• assume daily operational responsibility when the Branch Manager is absent
• oversee account and product support, cash operations, ATM controls, audits, and corrective actions
• onboard, coach, and develop branch employees.
