What you'll do

• develop nursing department plans
• assist with recruiting and selecting nursing employees
• maintain staffing levels
• participate in evaluating prospective residents’ care needs
• maintain relationships with residents, families, physicians, and the community
• support staff orientation and education
• coordinate with other departments
• serve on quality improvement and safety committees and identify opportunities to improve nursing operations.
