Senior Member Relationship Specialist

The Senior Member Relationship Specialist works onsite in Santa Rosa, CA, for $27–$35 per hour. Redwood Credit Union’s mission is to serve members and communities and support their financial well-being. The role provides member service, recommends credit union products, and performs branch operations. It also serves as a team lead, supporting staff training and branch operations when management is absent.

What you'll do

• Serve members and respond to questions
• cross-sell products and services
• open accounts and match products to member needs
• gather loan application information and documents and complete loan funding
• balance vaults and cash-dispensing machines
• prepare cash shipments
• assist with audits, scheduling, branch opening and closing, sales reports, staff training, and team coordination
• oversee branch operations in management’s absence.
