What you'll do

• Welcome members and visitors
• process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, check cashing, and transfers
• issue certified checks and gift cards
• assist members by phone, in person, and through digital channels
• guide members through online and mobile banking tools
• troubleshoot basic digital issues
• resolve or escalate member concerns
• and identify opportunities to introduce credit union products and services.
