What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate machining operations

• load and unload equipment and materials
• set up and operate CNC equipment with FANUC control
• set tool offsets
• calculate setup requirements using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry
• read engineering drawings and blueprints
• plan machining processes from work orders, drawings, materials, and specifications
• interpret GD&T
• use G-code
• perform preventive machine maintenance
• read and edit programs.
