Customer Service Representative / Order Entry Administrator is an onsite role in Memphis, TN, with starting pay of $21 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The Gund Company manufactures engineered materials and electrical insulation solutions for customers across a range of industries. The role exists to support customers from quote request through order fulfillment. It processes orders, coordinates with internal departments, communicates order and shipping updates, and maintains accurate customer and order records to support timely delivery and customer service.
What you'll do
- Enter and process customer orders in ERP and CRM systems
- coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service to support on-time delivery
- provide order updates, shipping information, and tracking details
- assist with quotes and order management
- manage customer inventory and replenishment needs
- respond to inquiries
- monitor open orders and communicate potential delays
- review pricing and order requirements
- assist with RMAs and issue resolution
- maintain accurate records and customer information.
