What you'll do

• Manage user onboarding, transfers, offboarding, accounts, access, and equipment provisioning
• serve as an escalation point for end-user and infrastructure issues
• monitor service tickets
• assist with network, server, cloud, and telecommunications administration
• coordinate vendor support
• support cybersecurity monitoring and remediation
• administer physical security technology
• manage IT inventory and procurement
• coordinate technology projects, testing, and documentation
• support disaster recovery and business continuity.
