The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Center Director role is an onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT, serving the Cottonwood Heights center. Compensation is $100,000–$115,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role supports Little Champs ABA’s services for children, families, and clinical teams. The director provides clinical and operational leadership for ABA programming, supervises and develops clinical staff, and supports treatment planning and ethical service delivery. The role also partners with caregivers and organizational leadership to maintain quality, compliance, center performance, and a supportive team culture.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA programming
• supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff
• ensure high-quality and ethical ABA services
• support treatment planning and clinical decisions
• partner with parents and caregivers
• lead staff development and training
• maintain clinical quality and regulatory compliance
• collaborate on center performance and growth.
