What you'll do

• Cut, slice, and fillet fish and produce
• prepare sushi rice and sushi dishes to company specifications
• prepare other fresh foods as needed
• inspect ingredients
• produce to expected par levels
• maintain a clean work area and sterilize equipment
• communicate with customers
• adapt to store layouts, equipment, and host requirements.
