The role exists to lead the instructional process for elementary students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The teacher designs personalized learning experiences, delivers targeted instruction, and manages student caseloads to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

What you'll do

• Design and implement personalized learning experiences for elementary students with IEPs.
• Deliver targeted instruction using innovative curriculum and educational software.
• Manage student caseloads, including developing and updating IEPs.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment using PBIS strategies.
• Track and document student progress and generate achievement reports.
