Intermediate Water Damage Technician

Job overview

The Intermediate Water Damage Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Chesapeake, VA. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. The technician leads water mitigation projects for residential and small commercial losses and supports restoration crews. The role assesses moisture conditions, documents project progress, operates extraction and drying equipment, and supervises small crews. It contributes to safe, standards-based restoration while protecting customer property and supporting timely project completion.
