The Family Practice Advanced Practice Provider works onsite in Atwood, IL, on a Monday–Friday schedule with one administrative day outside the clinic; clinic hours are 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Friday. Working under the general direction of a supervising physician, the provider delivers primary care across the lifespan, including health promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring. The role contributes to patient-centered care through testing, referrals, prescriptions, and office procedures within the provider’s expertise and established protocols.

What you'll do

• Provide primary care services including health promotion, injury and illness prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring
• perform testing and refer to physicians as needed
• write prescriptions and perform office procedures within scope, protocols, and available equipment
• work collaboratively with the supervising physician.
