What you'll do

• Facilitate student-led discourse of historical topics, engaging in debate and synthesizing arguments.
• Guide students in understanding claims and sourcing, developing skills in argumentation, corroboration, inquiry, and historiography through source analysis.
• Teach an in-house curriculum prioritizing diverse histories.
• Build an inclusive and safe environment for evidence-based opinions.
• Meet weekly with principal/coach to analyze student work.
• Learn and implement strategies to differentiate instruction.
• Build positive relationships with students and partner with families.
• Engage in professional development and coaching.
• Participate in school-wide meetings.

Bachelor's degree.

Experience
