Job overview

The Community Canvasser – Siembra role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with additional listed work locations in Charlotte, NC. Canvasser pay starts at $25 per hour, with paid training at $22 per hour for the first three days; team lead positions start at $26 per hour. Vote Blue’s campaign seeks to turn out voters in North Carolina ahead of the November 3, 2026 general election. The canvasser engages targeted, registered Latino voters, shares the campaign message, and collects survey responses. The role contributes to voter outreach efforts focused on North Carolina House and Senate races; team leaders also support and coordinate canvassers in the field.

What you'll do

• Engage the public respectfully
• deliver campaign messages and collect complete survey answers
• attend staff training and follow campaign safety protocols. Team leaders additionally check in with canvassers, debrief at day’s end, ensure they have needed materials, and assist with training and administrative work.
