Leasing Consultant — SoNa at Harding Place

What you'll do

• Respond to leads by phone, email, and online platforms
• tour and promote the property
• track lead sources and trends
• prepare units for showings and move-ins
• screen applicants using background, income, and rental history
• explain lease terms, deposits, and move-in procedures
• support residents and resolve issues
• assist with special projects as needed.

Why this role
