The Paramedic role is onsite in Newburyport, MA, serving the North Shore and Merrimack areas. Pay is $31–$40 per hour. Cataldo is a private ambulance service with 911 contracts and inter-facility and non-emergency medical transportation opportunities. The paramedic responds to emergent and non-emergent medical needs, provides prehospital treatment, and transports patients safely. The role supports timely, professional care through clinical treatment, ambulance readiness, and coordination with healthcare providers and agencies.

What you'll do

• Provide patient care according to clinical policies and protocols
• treat patients at the scene and during transport, including IVs, medications, and EKG monitoring
• operate the ambulance safely
• complete shift equipment checks and maintain supplies
• submit patient care documentation
• communicate with agencies and healthcare providers
• clean assigned ambulance and base areas.
