What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets
• verify applicant identities and documents
• collect and document personal and biometric information
• maintain secure records and applicant tracking spreadsheets
• answer inquiries and explain enrollment steps
• follow applicable policies and data-security protocols
• attend local hiring events 3–4 times a month as business needs require.
