The Delfina Doula role supports patients virtually across the Washington, D.C. metro area; compensation is $30–$35 per hour. Delfina Medical Group and Delfina Care provide a pregnancy-care data platform and clinical services focused on maternal and child health outcomes. The doula acts as a virtual health coach for pregnant patients and new mothers, supporting engagement, education, and adherence to care protocols in coordination with the Care Delivery manager and healthcare providers.

What you'll do

• Execute weekly patient engagement and coaching protocols with the Care Delivery manager
• encourage participation by pregnant patients and new mothers
• support adherence to recommended care protocols and tracking defined by healthcare providers or the organization.
