What you'll do

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates
• sell hotel offerings to previous, current, and prospective clients
• negotiate terms and conditions
• manage account solicitation and closing documentation
• coordinate departments’ participation in account service
• maintain key account relationships
• deliver sales presentations
• travel locally for outside calls and competitive reviews
• represent the hotel at trade shows
• perform other duties as requested.
