Stockroom Area Supervisor

The Stockroom Area Supervisor role is onsite in Shallotte, NC. Compensation is $14–$17 per hour. The supervisor is part of Ross Stores’ store leadership team, supporting store operations and the company’s off-price retail business. The supervisor oversees an assigned store area and may serve as Manager on Duty, helping maintain safe operations, merchandise presentation, and customer service. The role supervises associates, coordinates stockroom and front-end processes, and supports store standards and loss prevention.

What you'll do

• Supervise associates and store operations when serving as Manager on Duty
• open and close the store
• maintain safe and secure environments
• support customer service
• oversee merchandise processing, stockroom organization, back-stock, and presentation
• coach associates on front-end procedures
• support fitting-room standards, loss prevention, and assigned administrative duties.
