What you'll do

• Lead preventive maintenance planning and execution
• optimize PM programs using OEM guidance, technician feedback, and performance data
• coordinate parts kitting, spare-parts strategy, vendors, and contractors
• track downtime and maintenance KPIs
• maintain SAP PM equipment records, asset hierarchies, and plans
• support procurement and SAP S/4HANA standardization
• collaborate with Engineering and Industrial Engineering on reliability strategies
• support TPM and continuous improvement
• ensure maintenance meets aerospace safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
