Industrial Maintenance Technician — 2nd Shift

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Dartmouth, MA, on the second shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM. Starting pay is $25–$35 per hour based on experience. The role supports equipment reliability in Cornerstone Building Brands’ manufacturing environment. The technician troubleshoots and repairs automated, manual, and CNC equipment, performs planned maintenance, and uses maintenance systems and technical documentation to address failures. This work supports production performance, safety, and equipment reliability.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair automated, manual, and CNC equipment
• interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• use CMMS for reporting, preventive maintenance, and workflow scheduling
• comply with PPE, LOTO, and Arc Flash safety standards
• support production TPM initiatives
• use measuring devices
• perform planned maintenance
• identify replacement components
• analyze equipment failures and provide root-cause countermeasures.
