Floating Food Service Support

This role exists to provide flexible support across various units. The Floating Food Service Support contributes to the team by coordinating activities, preparing meals, and ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are maintained at all assigned locations.

What you'll do

• Assisting with planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the food service department to provide outstanding dining options to each assigned unit. Helping to enforce company policies and procedures to provide administrative direction for menu formation
• food preparation, distribution, and service
• budgeting and purchasing
• sanitation standards
• safety practices
• and staffing and staff development. Ensuring proper temperature, portioning, and quality of meals. Directly preparing meals as needed. Other tasks as assigned.
