What you'll do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building systems
• respond to resident service requests and maintenance emergencies
• monitor equipment
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• maintain work-order and inventory records
• follow safety and housing requirements
• assist with apartment turns and community upkeep
• manage supplies within budget guidelines.
