Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Kent, WA. Pay is $23–$27 per hour. Pelican Heating & Air serves homes and businesses across the Pacific Northwest with heating and air-conditioning sales, service, and maintenance. As a first point of contact, the representative answers customer calls, schedules service and sales appointments, and enters work-order information. The role helps customers access service and supports the company’s service and maintenance operations.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
• schedule maintenance, commercial service agreement, and sales consultant appointments
• enter and update work-order and registration information
• provide accurate information about appointments, services, and the company
• support filter sales during calls
• and complete general administrative tasks as assigned.
