What you'll do

• Begin in Curtin Maritime’s labor training program, gain entry-level labor experience, and progress through three training levels. Work under mentors on the company’s fleet, including tugs, cranes, and barges, while pursuing paid training toward Deckhand, Mate, and Captain roles. Travel to jobsites is required
• short-notice travel may be needed. The initial schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• overtime may be needed after hours, on weekends, or holidays.
