What you'll do

• Keep current on regulations affecting the branch network
• review and develop branch policies and procedures
• support branch account decisions
• ensure quarterly audits are completed and findings addressed
• review cash settlements and daily reports
• maintain bank control records and deposit rates
• prepare monthly board reports
• train and coach branch personnel
• manage collection efforts for delinquent retail deposit accounts
• review account maintenance and new-account exception files
• manage branch schedules and staff leave requests
• meet risk and compliance obligations.
