Vice President of Business Operations

What you'll do

• Join CEO meetings and track decisions and action items through completion
• run leadership rhythms and cross-functional syncs
• prepare briefs and decision documents
• design company-wide data instrumentation, dashboards, metrics, and KPIs
• partner with R&D, go-to-market, Finance, and People on data quality and instrumentation
• prototype internal tools using AI-native workflows
• standardize initiative processes and governance
• identify blockers and drive AI-first workflow changes.
