What you'll do

• Partner with the Director of Finance and Operations on financial strategies, systems, policies, and procedures
• lead annual and multi-year budgeting, expenditure projections, and cash-flow forecasting
• direct accounting operations and maintain the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, vendor files, and fixed-asset inventory
• manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reconciliations
• support treasury functions
• oversee contract and statement-of-work review
• train and develop the finance team
• maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance
• prepare financial reports, metrics dashboards, and cash-flow analyses
• coordinate tax returns and regulatory filings
• support monitoring of the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
