Mill Maintenance Planner

What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities
• develop job plans and bills of materials
• manage work order backlogs
• coordinate priorities with Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability
• verify parts and tools with Warehouse and Procurement
• review technical drawings and manuals
• coordinate vendors
• support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
• participate in shutdowns and outages
• monitor maintenance KPIs
• maintain records and support MSHA and company safety requirements.
