What you'll do

• Conduct telephone triage to identify and evaluate patient needs
• administer medications, including injections, and document medication given or prescribed
• identify patient and family education needs and provide instruction
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• document in patient medical records according to clinical policies and procedures
• facilitate patient flow
• assist physicians with medical office procedures
• maintain office integrity.

Why this role
