Control Room Operator

The Control Room Operator role is onsite at Boston Logan International Airport, Terminal C, in East Boston, MA. Pay is $21–$25 per hour. The position supports airport infrastructure operations in a 24/7 environment, coordinating maintenance resources and communications. The operator serves as a coordination hub for service requests, dispatch, system monitoring, and shift handoffs. Accurate tracking and timely escalation help maintenance teams and airport partners maintain operational continuity.

What you'll do

• Monitor service requests
• dispatch mechanics, technicians, and support staff
• prepare daily staffing and end-of-shift reports
• coordinate communications among maintenance teams, airline partners, airport operations, and leadership
• track work orders and incidents
• maintain logs and handover notes
• monitor baggage handling, ground support, and facility systems
• identify abnormal conditions and escalate them
• follow procedures and safety protocols.
