Senior Compensation Advisor – Executive Compensation

What you'll do

• Create Compensation Committee materials and administer executive pay programs
• conduct executive compensation benchmarking
• maintain models assessing dilution, burn rate, and stock-based compensation expense
• partner with Talent Acquisition on executive offers
• prepare compensation tables for the proxy statement and work with consultants on complex tables
• collaborate with Legal and Finance on disclosure, governance, and compliance
• oversee program execution and special projects.

Why this role

Requires 10 years of executive compensation experience, ideally in high-growth or large-cap technology companies, and direct experience with executive compensation decisions, committee processes, benchmarking, disclosures, governance/compliance, and compensation surveys. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and discretion with confidential data are preferred.
