Area Service Manager

What you'll do

• Manage service requests and preventive maintenance
• perform community maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and pool maintenance
• inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs
• complete unit rehabilitation projects
• address unsafe conditions
• respond to resident requests
• maintain maintenance and inspection logs
• manage supplies and inventory
• and perform on-call emergency service as requested.
