What you'll do

  • Assess residents and document care needs
  • administer medications and provide skin and wound care
  • develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
  • complete MDS assessments and Medicare task documentation
  • collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare workers
  • delegate and communicate effectively
  • participate in quality improvement and ongoing education
  • rotate weekends and holidays.
