What you'll do

• Review, assign, and track emergency, aging, preventive, and inspection work orders in Yardi
• walk properties to identify safety, systems, and cleanliness issues
• maintain NSPIRE inspection readiness
• lead and coach the Chief Engineer and on-site crew
• scope vendor work, coordinate access and resident notices, and inspect work before sign-off
• manage spending and emergency parts inventory.
