What you'll do

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• respond to service requests and on-call emergencies
• diagnose and repair building systems and components, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and drywall
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain property grounds and assist with snow removal
• complete work orders
• and be available for weekend work and on-call rotation.
