What you'll do

• Lead, negotiate, and coordinate sourcing functions
• analyze supplier capabilities and quotations
• manage supplier relationships
• develop commodity strategies
• establish commodity standards
• negotiate costs, terms, quality, technology, and delivery
• work with suppliers and internal departments toward cost targets
• support Kaizen and cost-reduction strategies
• assess suppliers for localization
• monitor supply concerns
• maintain contracts and purchase orders and comply with internal controls.
