What you'll do

• Place and follow up on parts and repair orders
• prepare repair quotes and communicate with customers under the Maintenance Manager’s supervision
• coordinate approved third-party vendors and maintain vendor quality audits and surveys
• monitor overdue repair orders and work-order notes
• source and track parts and rotable equipment
• update Quantum Control records
• prepare reports and maintain files
• support the Maintenance Manager and assist clerks with retrieving parts after customer approval.
