What you'll do

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• admit post-surgical patients to the unit
• monitor and report changes in condition
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• coordinate with healthcare team members
• maintain records
• provide discharge education
• and direct or supervise less-skilled care personnel as assigned.
