What you'll do
- Lead maintenance and reliability across plant equipment, utilities, and facilities
- develop and execute the maintenance roadmap and programs
- establish governance and performance reviews
- advance preventive and predictive maintenance
- manage maintenance and capital budgets
- develop team capabilities and succession plans
- partner with engineering on improvement projects
- support plant standards, safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
