Roving Mitigation Technician — Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro

Job overview

The Roving Mitigation Technician role is onsite across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro and surrounding areas, with a corporate-office meeting point in Plymouth, MN; pay is $20–$21 per hour. The technician supports a client’s property recovery projects after fire, water, or other natural disasters. The role removes damaged materials and debris, protects and transports belongings to be saved, and prepares and cleans project areas so restoration work can proceed. It is a six-month contract-to-hire position.

What you'll do

• Remove debris and damaged materials from properties
• dispose of removed items in provided dumpsters
• move belongings to be saved and load them onto trucks for transport to the corporate office
• prepare rooms and staging areas
• set up project equipment
• clean and break down job sites
• provide customer service to homeowners, vendors, and team members onsite.
