What you'll do

• Provide nursing care under practitioner orders and the client’s care plan
• maintain orders and document changes
• provide personal care, monitor and report findings, administer medications, teach clients, and intervene in emergencies
• provide specialized pediatric services including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings
• coordinate with the care team and promote a safe environment.
