Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to resident maintenance work orders
• perform painting and drywall repairs
• handle basic plumbing repairs
• provide basic HVAC support and coordinate major repairs with licensed contractors
• perform basic electrical repairs within training
• complete light carpentry
• conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• assist with unit turnovers
• maintain grounds and common areas
• track tools, parts, and supplies
• follow safety procedures and applicable codes
• support after-hours emergencies.
