What you'll do

• Lead by example in sales and studio operations
• welcome prospects, deliver the studio experience, convert prospects to members, and coach sales associates
• recruit, train, schedule, and manage the team
• maintain cleanliness and consistency
• build neighborhood partnerships and run events
• participate in weekly leadership meetings and review performance.
