What you'll do

• Lead Network Operations Center operations
• manage network monitoring and outage response
• coordinate Defense Information Systems Agency and commercial circuit issues
• support VPN, routing, switching, wireless, and network-device operations
• coordinate tabletop exercises
• provide recurring service-health reports
• and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions. The schedule is Monday–Friday day shift, with possible evening and weekend work
• travel is less than 15%.
