Member Services Representative

What you'll do

• Greet and check in members and guests

• respond to inquiries or escalate concerns
• answer calls and use club software for member communications
• process payments and schedule amenities
• promote retail products and services
• maintain records and an organized front desk
• support club events and cleanliness.
