What you'll do

• Assist with prescribed exercise and range-of-motion activities taught by the hospice nurse
• help with toileting, positioning, transfers, and turning
• provide or assist with personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin, and nail care
• remind patients to take medication in accordance with applicable regulations
• assist with light housekeeping, linens, and laundry
• help with meals
• obtain temperature, pulse, and respiration under nurse supervision
• report and document changes in condition.
